honoring the natural intelligence of neurodivergent minds
Tonya Pepper, Licensed mental health counselor
At Wild Wisdom Rising, I support autistic, AuDHD, ADHD, and HSP adults in reconnecting with their truest selves. The “wild” is not chaotic—it’s your natural rhythm and authenticity. The “wisdom” is your unique way of knowing that’s always been there, beneath the masking, burnout, and people-pleasing. And the “rising” is your path of healing and thriving in a challenging world.
I weave together ancient wisdom and modern approaches to guide you toward healing, whether you are seeking to change long-standing patterns, cope with stress, manage depression or anxiety, improve relationships, or if you are simply looking for a therapist who finally “gets” you.
Neurodivergent myself, my approach is warm, direct, affirming, with a blend of insight and humor that puts people at ease.
